Jeff Sterns to present at 2016 Marine Dealer Conference and Expo in Orlando, Florida

BoatChat is pleased to announce that Vice President of Sales Jeff Sterns has been selected as a presenter at the Marine Dealer Conference and Expo. His hour and a half Pre-Conference Workshop, called Get Fat with Chat, is scheduled Tuesday, Dec. 6, at 10 a.m.
“It’s truly an honor to be chosen to present at this major boat dealer event,” said Sterns, “Chat technology is new to most boat dealers and this is a chance for them gain some valuable information and avoid a negative experience.”
Dealers who attend his MDCE session will learn how live chat can boost leads and sales from their website by as much as 50 percent. The session will include:

- Dealer strategies for chat success
- Keys for staffing and choosing chat vendors
